Refund Policy
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legislation in force, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay a penalty.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact us by email at chancexcanada@gmail.com specifying:
• The order number
• The products concerned by the return
2. Return conditions
Returned products must be:
• In their original state,
• Unworn, unwashed,
• Complete (packaging, accessories, possible instructions),
• Clean and suitable for remarketing in new condition.
Any damaged, dirty or incomplete product cannot be accepted and will not give rise to a refund.
3. Return or exchange procedure
Step 1 – Notification
The customer must contact our customer service at chancexcanada@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of the order, indicating his order number and the items to be returned.
Step 2 – Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent with return instructions.
Step 3 – Return Shipping
Items must be returned to the following address:

For any return without exchange giving rise to a refund, the return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund
Once the return has been received and checked, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days, via the same payment method used when ordering.
5. Restocking fees
No restocking fees will be applied for returns in accordance with this policy.
